Ball flight is the single most important determining factor in a good diagnosis for your swing. Why? Because that tells us everything about the way the club and ball collide. The new information that we have learned from Trackman helps teachers to know exactly what is happening at the moment of impact. The ability to know the exact angle of attack, launch angle, clubhead speed, ball speed, tilt axis, degree of path, face to path, etc. etc. is very valuable. For most recreational golfers and anyone that does not have regular access to a Trackman you may just want to know how to fix your slice or hook. So here is a simplified explanation of what occurs when you see the ball curve.
